  • 3 months before Italy, you create the “Italy, summer 2026” trip. You switch on the tabs you need: shopping, tasks, places, budget. Everyday life carries on in the main modules, and the trip gets planned separately.

  • Once you’re there, everyone chips in. Mark pays for the hotel, Olivia for the tickets, Dad for the hire car. Each expense is logged with who paid, and the trip’s shared budget works out who owes how much to whom, so you can settle up when you get back.

  • During the trip, you pin hotels, restaurants and sights on the dedicated map. No more switching between 10 apps: Melimelo keeps all the trip logistics in one place.

    A trip can be shared beyond your household. You send the invitation code to the other travellers, they join from their own account, even on the free plan, and contribute to all the trip’s content.

  • Roles and admin

    Each participant has their own role on the trip. The household that created the trip always keeps an admin, so nobody ends up with an orphaned trip.

    A shopping list for packing, tasks for the paperwork, notes for the sights you’ve spotted, places for the hotels and restaurants you’ve already booked.

    Enjoy the trip, settle up at home

    While you’re away, add expenses as you go, save the good finds to your places and keep useful notes. Back home, the shared budget works out who owes whom.
