Your body, your plate, and nobody else’s.
Weight, food diary, calories and macros, hydration, intermittent fasting, workouts. Strictly private: your data is never shared with other household members, the one exception among Melimelo’s modules.

No more half-hearted goals
Tracking your body over time takes consistency, not pressure. A strictly private module in an app that’s otherwise shared: that’s what makes the difference.
You weigh 73 kilos and you’re aiming for 70. You log your Sunday morning weigh-in in Melimelo. Nobody else in the household can see it. Your partner, your kids, whoever shares the Premium subscription: this data stays yours.
The lunch planned for you in the weekly meal plan shows up in your day on its own. The calories and macros come with it, with no searching a database for the dish and no weighing anything.
2 months later, the weight chart shows a trend and the workout history shows how consistent you’ve been. You see where you stand against your goal, without guilt or judgement. Just a useful marker, for you alone.
Designed to keep you honest with yourself.
Strictly private
What you enter in Wellbeing is never shared with other household members. Your weight, meals, workouts and goals stay strictly between you and your account. The rest of Melimelo is shared in real time; this module is the exception that protects your privacy.
Weigh-ins and chart
Log each weigh-in with its date. The chart appears from 2 weigh-ins, with your starting weight and your goal, each with the gap to your current weight.
Daily calories
Your calorie target is based on your basal metabolic rate, itself worked out from your sex, age, height, weight and activity level, then adjusted to your weight goal.
Food diary
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack. Each item is logged from a recipe in the meal plan, a household product or a scanned barcode. For a product, the quantity is counted in units or grams.
Macronutrients
Protein, carbs and fat tracked through the day. Melimelo suggests targets based on ANSES reference values (France’s food safety agency), which you can replace with your own if you follow a specific plan.
Hydration
A daily goal in millilitres, based on your weight or set by you. Each drink is logged in one tap from your day, with a breakdown by hour.
Intermittent fasting
4 guided protocols (14/10, 16/8, 18/6, 20/4), each with its goal explained. Melimelo times your fast, shows the current phase and the time left until your goal, then the time left in your eating window.
Workouts
Pick the activity from a list, enter the duration and, depending on the activity, the distance. Calories burned are estimated automatically, or entered by hand if your watch gives you the exact figure.
Everything stays editable
Weigh-ins, meals, drinks, fasts and workouts can be corrected or deleted at any time. The numbers reflect what you choose to keep, not what the app guessed.
Alongside everything else in the household.
- Meal planMeal plan
Meals in the weekly meal plan that are planned for you go into your food diary on their own, with their calories and macros. The meal plan is shared with the household, but what you actually eat stays private.
- RecipesRecipes
Calories for the recipes in your collection are worked out from their ingredients. The household sees the estimate on the recipe, but only you see how it fits into your day.
- RoutinesRoutines
To build a habit (Monday evening run, Wednesday Pilates), a recurring routine in Routines handles the reminder. Wellbeing keeps track of the workouts you actually do.
- ShoppingShopping
Products in the household catalogue carry their nutritional values, so you can log an item without re-entering the numbers every time.

3 steps, and tracking begins.
Answer the setup assistant
The first time, Melimelo asks for what it needs to calculate reliable goals: date of birth, sex, height, first weigh-in, activity level. Then you choose what you want to track: weight goal, hydration, intermittent fasting. Each question explains what it’s for.
Fill in your day
The “My day” tab brings it all together: meals, water, your current fast, workouts. Each entry takes a few seconds, and your calorie and macro counters update as the day goes on.
Follow your trend
The “My body” tab keeps your weigh-ins, your chart and how far you are from your goal. The history shows how consistent you’ve been over the weeks. The numbers are yours alone, to help you take an honest look with no group pressure.
